Jack Ricchiuto

For over 45 years, Jack has been guiding people coming together to co-create a future distinct from the past.

This includes work with organizations and communities across sectors and geographies. He has worked with people in multinational corporations, small and medium businesses, startups, non-profits, global networks, and civic groups in urban and rural contexts. As a 36-time author, his writing has focused on psychology, leadership, planning, community building, storytelling, and entrepreneurship.

Nationally and globally, he is respected as a master in the transformational power of questions. He is the developer of the open source Flawless Planning Model.

Trained in American, European, and Japanese psychotherapeutic models and complex systems change, Jack has taught leadership in undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate programs, including Harvard Business School, UC Berkeley, Kent State, and John Carroll Universities.

Jack lives in Cleveland's historic neighborhood, Tremont. His given African name is Sekou, Wise man. Jack's personal interests include writing, cooking, gardening, and hiking.
